Anton’s project management experience includes various commercial and residential projects throughout New York City. He has extensive experience working with tenants, clients, and contractors, leading multidisciplinary project teams from design into construction. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining project budgets, preparing and reviewing design documents, verifying jurisdictional code requirements, and applying effective conflict resolution skills to help deliver projects on schedule. He has experience in conducting building envelope project condition assessments and preparing cost estimates associated with the renovation work. He has working knowledge of AMTRAK construction management procedures.
