Consolidating two locations and renovating a new 40,000 SF office for PSA Financial required selective demolition and a reconfigured layout of the former tenant’s space.  The interior design included a full scope of services:  programming, space planning, concept development, construction documents, construction administration, and engineering and vendor coordination.  Color, finishes, and systems furniture throughout were was also provided for the conference / training center / office renovation.  Elevator lobby, restroom interiors, and conversion of a roof area into balcony space was part of the scope.
