JMT Architecture grows in Harrisburg, PA office

We are excited to announce that Michael Hartley, PE, RA, PMP, CCM has joined our team as Architecture Section Head in our Harrisburg, PA, area office. Throughout his 23-year career, Mike has successfully delivered a broad range of transit and transportation facility projects including facility assessments, needs analyses/studies, preliminary/final designs, and construction management for bus stations, rail stations, and maintenance and operation facilities. He has worked with dozens of regional, metropolitan, and intercity agencies including, the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority, PennDOT Bureau of Public Transportation, SEPTA, NJ TRANSIT, MTA (New York), Amtrak, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and many others.

Mike’s experiences gained as a registered architect, licensed engineer, and certified construction manager offer extraordinary value to our clients and their projects. This “technical trifecta” has enabled Mike to seamlessly deliver projects from concept through construction with exceptional quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

His strong industry reputation for client-focused service and rich technical and management experiences further strengthen JMT’s growing transit and architecture practices.
