As a LEED Accredited Professional, he possesses a deep understanding of green building standards and their effective implementation for maximum value.

In his new capacity, Don will be dedicated to strengthening and expanding our architecture practice across the JMT footprint, which currently spans offices in Maryland, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Don has also been appointed as a member of the company’s ESOP trustees, further showcasing his commitment to our organization’s growth and success.

“I am confident that Don will bring his expertise, enthusiasm, and leadership skills to these new roles. He has been a key player in many of our successful projects and has demonstrated his ability to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet our clients’ needs and expectations,” states Dave Coyne, PE, Maryland Regional Manager.

Don succeeds Al Rubeling, FAIA, NCARB, who will transition to a new role as a senior architecture advisor to the leadership team.

Please join us in congratulating Don on his new role. We are confident that under his leadership, our architecture practice will continue to thrive, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our valued clients like you.
