New Philadelphia Studio Leader

Chantal Frances, AIA, LEED AP, BD+C, a senior associate, has joined JMT Architecture as the new leader of our Philadelphia studio.

With more than 17 years of experience, Chantal is knowledgeable about institutional facilities and construction management and is experienced in the challenges of planning, designing, and completing complex projects in operational and dynamic environments.

From a deep experience in institutional projects for federal, state, and municipal clients, Chantal understands design processes and design solutions must be developed from understanding not only facilities and operations but also stakeholder engagement processes that should be built early and maintained throughout the life of a project.

Chantal earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Planning and Design from the University of Melbourne as well as a Master of Sustainable Construction Project Management from Drexel University. She is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and a LEED Accredited Professional who uses a sustainable design approach in all of her projects.
