York Adams Transportation Authority

This renovation and conversion project of an existing 160,000 SF warehouse into the York Adams Transportation Authority (YATA) new headquarters and bus maintenance facility included preparing grant applications through the TIGGER and State of Good Repair programs to ensure that the building design would be tailored to YATA’s unique needs. The renovation included office space for administration, a customer service area, and a dispatch space for the drivers. The building features nine bus maintenance bays, 140 +/- vehicle bus barn, bus wash facility, fueling station, and new exterior façade.
